Ingredients
1 pechuga de pollo
cocida y desmenuzada
.
2 cebollas blancas
fileteadas
.
2 dientes de ajo
o dos cucharadas de ajo en polvo
.
4 jitomates medianos.
2 Cucharadas de consomé de pollo en polvo.
Chile chipotle adobado
al gusto
.
250 mililitros de agua
o bien 250 mililitros del caldo donde cocimos el pollo
.

Preparation
Cocemos la pechuga de pollo
y desmenuzamos.
Colocamos la licuadora.
Añadimos los jitomates.
Añadimos el chile chipotle.
Añadimos el ajo.
Añadimos el consomé de pollo en polvo.
Añadimos el agua
o bien el caldo donde cocimos el pollo
.
Licuamos perfectamente
y reservamos
.
Colocamos un sartén en el fuego.
Añadimos aceite
y dejamos calentar
.
Añadimos las cebollas
y sofreímos
.
Añadimos la mezcla licuada y dejamos cocinar por unos 5 minutos.
Añadimos el pollo y mezclamos todos los ingredientes.
Añadimos sal
al gusto
.
Dejamos cocinar por unos 20 minutos
hasta que hierva
.
