300 gramos de suadero.
600 mililitros de agua.
Jugo de 2 limones.
Cascara de 2 limones.
6 Tortillas.
Aceite.
Sal
al gusto

Cebolla picada
al gusto

Cilantro picado
al gusto

Colocamos la olla express.
Añadimos la carne.
Añadimos el agua.
Añadimos el jugo de limón.
Añadimos las cascaras de limón.
Añadimos sal.
Dejamos cocer la carne
por 50 minutos aproximadamente

Retiramos la carne de la olla express.
Colocamos una tabla de corte.
Picamos el suadero
al gusto

Colocamos un sartén en el fuego.
Añadimos poquito aceite
dejamos calentar

Freímos la carne
por unos 10 minutos
.
Colocamos otras gotitas de aceite.
Añadimos una tortilla
la dejamos calentar

Retiramos la tortilla
la colocamos en un plato
.
Rellenamos con carne.
Añadimos cebolla
al gusto
.
Añadimos cilantro
al gusto
.
Añadimos salsa
al gusto
.
Añadimos limón y sal
al gusto
