  • 5 chiles poblanos.

  • Colocamos una plancha en el fuego.
  • Añadimos los chiles poblanos.
  • Dejamos tatemar por todos lados.
  • Tomamos una bolsa de plastico.
  • Colocamos los chiles poblanos.

  • Tomamos un chile y quitamos la piel.

  • Integramos los ingredientes.
  • Dejamos en el fuego por un lapso de 5 minutos.
