Jitomate en rodajas.
Ajo picado finamente.
Sal.
Mantequilla.
Pimienta.
Cebolla en rodajas.
Hojitas de epazote.
Hojitas de cilantro.
Papel aluminio.

Barnizamos el papel aluminio con mantequilla.
Colocamos la mojarra sobre el papel.
Barnizamos la mojarra con suficiente mantequilla por ambos lados.
Agregamos un poco de ajo picado.
Agregamos pimienta al gusto.
Agregamos sal al gusto.
Colocamos unas rodajas de jitomate sobre la mojarra.
Agregamos cebolla en rodajas sobre la mojarra.
Agregamos algunas hojitas de epazote.
Agregamos hojitas de cilantro.
Verificamos la sal.
Envolvemos la mojarra perfectamente.
Llevamos al asador.
Dejamos de 30 a 35 minutos sobre el carbón
las volteamos paulatinamente para cocer por los dos lados
.
