Ingredients
1/2 kilogramo de bistecs de res
delgados y partidos en tiras
.
1 kilogramo de brócoli
partido en ramitos pequeños
.
1 cebolla
partida en cubos pequeños
.
2 dientes de ajo
fileteados finamente
.
2 zanahorias grandes
partidas en bastones pequeños
.
1/4 de taza de jugo sazonador.
2 cucharadas de azúcar.
1 1/2 tazas de agua.
Sal al gusto.

Preparation
Colocamos una vaporera.
Añadimos la zanahoria y el brócoli.
Agregamos 1 taza de agua.
Metemos al microondas por 4 minutos.
Dejamos enfriar las verduras
y reservamos

Colocamos una cacerola en el fuego.
Añadimos aceite
y dejamos calentar
.
Añadimos la cebolla.
Añadimos el ajo.
Sofreímos hasta que la cebolla este suave y transparente.
Añadimos la carne.
Dejamos cocinar hasta que cambie de color
por 15 minutos aproximadamente
.
Añadimos el brócoli.
Añadimos la zanahoria.
Añadimos sal.
Añadimos azúcar.
Añadimos jugo sazonador.
Mezclamos bien para incorporar.
Dejamos cocinar por 10 minutos
a fuego bajo
.
