500 gramos de tocino
en tiras

500 gramos de carne molida de res.
250 gramos de salsa bbq.
250 gramos de pan molido.
150 gramos de perejil
lavado, desinfectado y picado finamente

100 gramos de champiñones
lavado, desinfectado y picado finamente
.
1 cebolla pequeña
picada finamente
.
3 cebollas medianas.

Preparation
Cortamos la parte inferior y superior de una cebolla.
Quitamos la capa exterior.
Partimos por la mitad la cebolla.
Retiramos las capas
y reservamos
.
Prendemos el horno a 210º.
Colocamos un bowl.
Añadimos la carne molida.
Añadimos la cebolla picada
mezclamos
.
Añadimos el perejil
mezclamos
.
Añadimos los champiñones
mezclamos
.
Añadimos el pan molido
mezclamos
.
Tomamos un poco de la carne y formamos un tipo albóndiga.
Colocamos la carne dentro de dos capas de cebolla.
Envolvemos la bomba de cebolla con tocino
debe quedar perfectamente envuelta

Colocamos una charola para hornear.
Colocamos nuestras bombas de cebolla.
Barnizamos con salsa bbq.
Llevamos al horno
y las dejamos por 40 minutos
.
Volvemos a barnizar con salsa bbq
y dejamos por 5 minutos más en el horno
.
