  • 10 nopales partidos en 3 hacia lo alto y con cortes estilo “cortina”, limpios y desinfectados.
  • 20 cebollas cambray limpias y desinfectadas.
  • Sal al gusto.

Preparation

  • Colocamos una cacerola amplia en el fuego.
  • Añadimos suficiente aceite y dejamos calentar.
  • Añadimos los nopales.
  • Añadimos las cebollas cambray.
  • Añadimos el bistec.
  • Integramos los ingredientes.
  • Añadimos sal al gusto.
  • Integramos los ingredientes.
