5 jitomates.
1 litro de agua.
1 taza de puré de tomate.
1/2 cebolla mediana.
1 diente de ajo.

Colocamos una olla amplia en el fuego.
Añadimos unos 700 mililitros de agua.
Añadimos un chorrito de aceite.
Añadimos sal.
Dejamos hervir.
Añadimos el espagueti.
Dejamos suavizar por un lapso de 15 minutos
cuidando que no se bata
.
Escurrimos y reservamos.
Colocamos la licuadora.
Añadimos el jitomate.
Añadimos el ajo.
Añadimos la cebolla.
Añadimos el puré de tomate.
Añadimos unos 300 mililitros de agua.
Añadimos sal
al gusto

Licuamos y reservamos.
Colocamos una olla amplia en el fuego.
Añadimos aceite.
Dejamos calentar.
Añadimos la mezcla licuada.
Dejamos en el fuego por un lapso de 10 minutos.
Añadimos la pasta.
Dejamos en el fuego por un lapso de 15 minutos.
¡Listo! tenemos nuestro
espagueti rojo
terminado.
