  • Colocamos un recipiente amplio.
  • Añadimos los huevos.
  • Añadimos ajo en polvoal gusto.
  • Añadimos pimientaal gusto.
  • Añadimos sal al gusto.
  • Integramos perfectamente y reservamos.
  • Colocamos un sartén en el fuego.
  • Añadimos aceite y dejamos calentar.
  • Añadimos el chorizo.
  • Vamos a dejar freír por un lapso de 15 minutos debemos mover constantemente.
  • Añadimos el huevo.
  • Dejamos freír por un lapso de 15 minutos debemos mover constantemente.
  • Retiramos del fuego y reservamos.
  • Tomamos un bolillito partido por la mitad.
  • Rellenamos de huevo con chorizo.
  • Cerramos la torta.
