Ingredients
300 gramos de harina de trigo.
125 mililitros de yogurth natural.
3 piezas de huevo.
200 gramos de azúcar morena.
75gramos de levadura.
2 cucharadas de canela en polvo.
125 mililitros de aceite.
El jugo de un limón.

Preparation
Separamos las yemas de las claras
reservamos las claras

Colocamos un bowl.
Añadimos las yemas.
Añadimos la harina.
Añadimos la levadura.
Añadimos el azúcar.
Añadimos el aceite.
Añadimos el yogurth.
Añadimos el jugo de limón.
Añadimos la canela.
Batimos.
Precalentamos el horno a 180º C.
Vamos a ir agregando las claras de huevo lentamente.
Seguimos batiendo hasta deshacer todos los grumos
y reservamos
.
Colocamos un molde para pan.
Engrasamos.
Vaciamos la mezcla.
Metemos al horno y dejamos por 90 minutos.
Rectificamos picando con un cuchillo en el centro
cuando el cuchillo salga limpio, estará listo

Esperamos a que se enfríe y desmoldamos.
¡Listo! tenemos terminado nuestro
panqué de canela
, podemos espolvorear con un poco de azúcar glass. Ideal para acompañar con un café caliente.
