Ingredients

  • 1 kilogramo de papas cocidas.
  • 1/4 de queso panela.
  • 1/4 de jamón de pavo picado.
  • 1 ó 2 huevos.
  • Perejil picado finamente, al gusto.
  • Harina de trigo la necesaria.
  • Sal al gusto.
  • Aceite para freír.

Preparation

  • Colocamos un recipiente amplio.
  • Añadimos las papas.
  • Machacamos perfectamente.
  • Añadimos un huevo.
  • Integramos perfectamente verificamos la consistencia, si es necesario agregamos el segundo huevo.
  • Añadimos el jamón.
  • Añadimos el perejil.
  • Añadimos el queso.
  • Añadimos sal al gusto.
  • Integramos todos los ingredientes.
  • Tomamos una porción de nuestra masa y armamos nuestra tortita de papa.
  • Pasamos por la harina y reservamos.
  • Colocamos un sartén en el fuego.
  • Añadimos aceite y dejamos calentar.
  • Añadimos nuestras tortitas de papa.
  • Freímos perfectamente por ambos lados.
  • Retiramos del aceite y colocamos sobre papel absorbente para quitar el exceso de grasa.
