Los tlacoyos son toda una tradición dentro de la gastronomÃa mexicana.

Ingredients
1kg. de masa de maÃz.
1 1/2 taza de requesón.
1 1/2 taza de masa de frijol
frijoles escurridos y refritos
.
Agua, la necesaria.
Aceite
para freÃr
.
Para Acompañar
Ensalada de nopal

Salsa
de tu preferencia.

Preparation
Colocamos un recipiente amplio.
Añadimos la masa.
Vamos a ir añadiendo poco a poco y amasamos bien
cuidado en no excedernos con el agua
.
Tomamos un pedacito de masa.
Formamos con las manos una tortilla un poco gruesa.
Pellizcamos un extremo y colocamos a lo largo de la tortilla un poco de frijoles o requesón.
Cerramos a forma de quesadilla y formamos el tlacoyo.
Colocamos un comal en el fuego
a flama baja
.
Colocamos nuestros tlacoyos
dejamos cocer a flama baja por ambos lados
.
Para Servir
Colocamos un sartén en el fuego.
Añadimos un poco de aceite
dejamos calentar
.
FreÃmos nuestro tlacoyo
por ambos lados
.
Retiramos y colocamos sobre papel absorbente.
Servimos en un plato y le colocamos por encima
ensalada de nopal
.
Esparcimos queso.
Añadimos
salsa
al gusto
.
