Ingredients
500 gramos de chambarete de res.
1/2 kilogramo de tomatillos verdes.
1/2 cebolla grande fileteada
1/2 cebolla.
2 dientes de ajo pelados.
1 chile chipotle adobado.
1 cucharadita de orégano.
Sal
al gusto

Aceite para freír.
Agua, la necesaria.

Preparation
Colocamos una cacerola en el fuego.
Añadimos 1 litro de agua aproximadamente.
Añadimos la carne.
Añadimos la mitad de cebolla entera.
Añadimos los ajos.
Añadimos sal.
Dejamos cocer la carne por 40 minutos aproximadamente
hasta que la carne este bien suave
.
Retiramos del fuego, sacamos del caldo
y vamos a reservar la carne como el caldo
.
Partimos los tomatillos en trozos pequeños
y reservamos
.
Colocamos otra cacerola en el fuego.
Añadimos un poco de aceite.
Añadimos la cebolla fileteada.
Dejamos sofreír.
Añadimos los tomatillos en trozos.
Añadimos el chile chipotle.
Añadimos el orégano.
Añadimos un poco de sal.
Dejamos cocinar por 5 minutos.
Añadimos la carne.
Añadimos dos tazas del caldo donde cocimos la carne.
Dejamos cocer por 10 minutos a fuego bajo
con la cacerola tapada

Listo! Terminamos nuestro
entomatado de res
, podemos acompañar con unos ricos
