1 litro de cerveza.
1 taza de jugo sazonador.
5 ajos

Preparation
Colocamos un refractario hondo.
Añadimos una cama de bistec.
Barnizamos con ayuda de una brocha con jugo sazonador.
Añadimos un poco de ajo.
Añadimos cominos
al gusto

Añadimos sal
al gusto

Repetimos del paso 2 al 6 hasta terminar con el bistec.
Añadimos la cerveza.
Tapamos con papel aluminio.
Llevamos al refrigerador.
Dejamos reposar por 2 horas.
Colocamos el asador.
Añadimos unos bistecs al asador.
Vamos a ir barnizando constantemente con el jugo donde marinamos los bistecs.
Dejamos en el fuego hasta tener nuestros bistecs en el termino que deseemos.
