Ingredients

  • 1 kilogramo de bistec de res.
  • 1 litro de cerveza.
  • 1 taza de jugo sazonador.
  • 5 ajos finamente picados.
  • Cominos al gusto.
  • Sal al gusto.

Preparation

  • Colocamos un refractario hondo.
  • Añadimos una cama de bistec.
  • Barnizamos con ayuda de una brocha con jugo sazonador.
  • Añadimos un poco de ajo.
  • Añadimos cominos al gusto.
  • Añadimos sal al gusto.
  • Repetimos del paso 2 al 6 hasta terminar con el bistec.
  • Añadimos la cerveza.
  • Tapamos con papel aluminio.
  • Llevamos al refrigerador.
  • Dejamos reposar por 2 horas.
  • Colocamos el asador.
  • Añadimos unos bistecs al asador.
  • Vamos a ir barnizando constantemente con el jugo donde marinamos los bistecs.
  • Dejamos en el fuego hasta tener nuestros bistecs en el termino que deseemos.
